From keeping up to date with ever-changing international shipping requirements and preparing fast, accurate freight documentation, to finding cost-effective logistics solutions, we work hard to make sure every shipment runs as smoothly as possible.

Our Managing Director, Niall, remains very hands-on in the business and believes strongly in being accessible to our customers. As he often says, “We don’t operate a 9am to 5.30pm business – my phone is always on.” That commitment reflects the way we have always done business — being available, approachable and willing to go the extra mile when our customers need us.

In 2023, the family business welcomed the next generation when Niall’s son, Colin, joined NB Shipping. Colin’s arrival marks an exciting new chapter for the company and ensures that the family values at the heart of NB Shipping continue into the future.

While the business continues to grow and evolve, our values remain the same: personal service, trust, reliability and looking after our customers as we would look after our own family.
